This coastal adventure combines peaceful beaches, dramatic landscapes, and sweeping ocean views. We begin at Scapa Beach, a tranquil stretch of golden sand just minutes from Kirkwall, where gentle waves and stunning views create the perfect introduction to Orkney’s coastal charm. Next, we visit Waulkmill Bay, a breathtaking natural bay with calm, shallow waters and soft sand underfoot — a true hidden gem beloved by locals and visitors alike. From there, we travel to Stromness, where the panoramic views across the water to Hoy are simply unforgettable. You’ll see the dramatic outline of the island rising from the sea, a sight that captures the raw spirit of Orkney. Then, it’s on to the magnificent Yesnaby Cliffs — one of Orkney’s most iconic coastal landmarks. Towering cliffs, wind-sculpted rock formations, and the sound of crashing waves make this stop a truly awe-inspiring experience. Keep an eye out for seabirds soaring overhead and the famous Yesnaby sea stack. We continue to Bay of Skaill, a sweeping sandy bay known for its clear waters, historic surroundings, and incredible light. It’s a perfect spot to breathe in the fresh sea air and take in Orkney’s natural beauty. Our final stop is the wild and beautiful Brough of Birsay, a tidal island connected to the mainland by a natural causeway. When the tide allows, we’ll explore the island, where the dramatic cliffs and rich wildlife offer a stunning end to the tour. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with out cancellation terms. Please readthe policy below before confirming your booking. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total tour price. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled tour dat will be non-refundable, and 100% of the total price will be charged, unless an alternative agreement has been arranged in writing. This policy allows us to plan our tours effectively and ensures fair compensation for time and resources already committed. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances. If we need to cancel the tour due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
